The Greater Nashville Apartment Association is the multi-family housing trade association for the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area.

2015 marks 47 years in business for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA)!  GNAA has become the largest organization dedicated to rental housing in the state of Tennessee and is an affiliate of the Tennessee Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Currently, The Greater Nashville Apartment Association represents over 880 members and over 89,000 apartment homes.
