Active in GNAA for over 20 years, Diana English has been a member of, or has chaired most every committee that the association offers. She is proud of her extensive knowledge of GNAA and the many friendships and working relationships that have been created through 2 decades of GNAA networking opportunities. Diana began her career in property management as a part time leasing agent in the Nashville market. Over the next 25 years, her experience grew to include management of a diverse portfolio throughout the southeast of newly constructed apartment communities, repositioning and renovating older communities, condo management and managing bank own properties. Diana has received many accolades and awards for her leadership in the multi-family industry and for her volunteer spirit in giving back to the community.

Lisa Swick, CAPS

Lisa Swick, a Regional Manager with Bell Partners and more than 30 years in the multifamily industry, is responsible for a portfolio average of 1,500 units that includes new construction/lease up communities.  Lisa has extensive knowledge in managing a diverse portfolio including private and institutionally-owned assets, including A+ new construction/lease-up communities from Tennessee to Alabama.  Lisa has served on the GNAA Board of Directors for the past 8 years and has been an active member since 1994, serving on the Directory, News & Events, and Education committees.

Andrew Klahn, CAM, CAPS, NALP, HCCP

Andrew Klahn is a Regional Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company. Andrew began his career on-site in 2006 as a grounds keeper and has worked his way up through all positions on-site. Andrew has earned his National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association, and his Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders.

Andrew has served on the GNAA Board of Directors since 2012 and has co-chaired the Communications, Membership, and News & Events Committees. Andrew attributes much of his success to the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and because of this success he is highly passionate about maintaining and improving the Association for generations to come.

Stephanie Burns, CAPS, CAM, NALP

Stephanie Burns began her multifamily career in 2003 as a part time Leasing Agent while earning her undergraduate degree in public relations from The University of Memphis. Discovering her passion for the multifamily industry, she decided to pursue a career in this field.

After relocating to Nashville ten years ago, she began working for NTS Development Company where she was able to further her knowledge of the apartment industry by earning three NAAEI designations; National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).

Stephanie has served on GNAA’s Board of Directors since 2012 and during her tenure has served as a co-chair on the News & Events and Communications committees. She has been afforded numerous opportunities for personal and professional development during her years of service with the GNAA and as a result has a passion for the association and looks forward to shaping the future for our members.
