Keep in mind that the committees depend on participation and

attendance of monthly meetings to successfully meet their goals.

 

The committees & their goals are listed below:

 

  • Banquet:  Planning of the 2002 Awards & Installation Banquet.

  • Beautification:  Promote entries, prepare awards,  assist with Banquet awards (associate members only).

  • Community Service:  Combines Drug Free Tennessee and Emergency Relief Program.  Work with inner-city youth through fun activities to promote no drug usage; coordinate fundraising for assistance of multi-family disaster, fire, flood, etc.

  • Education:  Coordinate seminars and educational programs.

  • Membership:  Includes Ambassadors Club & Go-Getters Club.  Recruiting & Retention planning and events for membership. 

  • Programs:  Determine monthly programs, obtain speakers,  plan special events.

  • Publications:  Determine theme, compile material, secure advertising and publish monthly News & Events magazine.

  • Roster/Historical:  Revise directory listings, secure advertising, determine publication style of roster and put together annual scrapbook.  

  • Statistics:  Publish annual study, quarterly updates, watch construction. 

  • Trade Show:  Coordinate promotion, theme, times and activities of the yearly trade show.
