�� Associate

New members received during the last quarter of the year will be required to pay at least one half of the dues for the following year.� The remainder of the following year�s dues will be due by January 31.

Account Agreement: We realize that the Greater Nashville Apartment Association is a non-profit organization that exists for the purpose of its members.� Therefore, we agree to the timely payment (within 30 days of receipt of invoices) of all balances due to GNAA.

�� Membership automatically renews annually and membership dues are paid on an annual basis.� Members may terminate this agreement as of the last calendar month of the year by giving at least 30 days prior notice.� However, if a member is dropped from the roll for non-payment of dues, monies or any other billing, the entire annual dues and billing shall remain due and payable to GNAA.

�� Additionally, if litigation becomes necessary to collect any balance due, you agree to pay any reasonable attorney�s fee in addition to court cost and all cost of collection.

The GNAA is keenly aware of the importance of the Associate Member to our Association.� Keep in mind that membership does not automatically give you an exclusive to the business of our regular members.� You must do your part to convince them that your product or service is the best.

All applications are presented to the Board of Directors once a month for approval.
