The Greater Nashville Apartment Association is the multi-family housing trade association for the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area.

Celebrating 43 years in business, The Greater Nashville Apartment Association has become the largest organization dedicated to rental housing in the state of Tennessee and is an affiliate of the Tennessee Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Currently The Greater Nashville Apartment Association represents over 700 members and 76,000 apartment homes.
